By using the zippystat.com web site, a service of Coderow, Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Terms

You may only use zippystat.com for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited.
Users must be 13 years or older to use this site.
You must not attempt to modify or hack zippystat.com or modify another website so as to imply that it is associated with zippystat.com.
You are responsible for all of the activity under your account. You must keep you login credentials secure.
You may not threaten or intimidate other users of zippystat.com.
You may not attempt to undermine or cause harm to any zippystat.com server.
You may not remove the Zippy Stat logo from embedded charts.

Conditions

We reserve the right to limit traffic usage for an account including but not limited to statistics created or modified.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.
We shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from the ZippyStat servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Coderow, Inc. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any zippystat.com servers.
We cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning.
We reserve the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We will, however, post bulletins when these policies change.
We claim no intellectual property rights for any data you provide to the zippystat.com service. You can export or remove your data at any time.

Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to support@coderow.com or the mailing address listed above. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
